this style of movement reminds me of those games that run with a calculator type display. This game sure is hard... The fact that your health carries over may be something to do with it though

Nice job making all of the bosses have a different challenge. At first I thought each one was too powerful, but I eventually figured out ways to beat each of them without losing health

Thanks for playing! I didn't realize how hard the bosses really were until I had friends play test it on the last day. Plan to have more play testing involved next time.
That was neat! It was tricky getting used to the Game-&-Watch style movement, but it was workable. The characters are cute and well-designed; I especially like the contrast of the hydra heads.
