Hi Rob, that is a completely different compiler. ZNC is a 'C Like' compiler that runs natively on the Next (no PC required). The suite includes an editor, optimizer, assembler and the compiler itself all running on the Next directly. 

Zinc looks like it is going to be a desktop-based compiler, but I am just guessing since there was not much detail on that page unless I just missed it.
