Northhack is expanding its internal teams across both studios. Right now, we’re especially interested in:

Priority

• Right now, we are looking for 3D Artists, 1x Animator, 1x Graphic Designer and 1x UI Designer

If you want to help shape games from the inside out — with real ownership and creative influence — you’ll fit right in.

How We Work

We’re a multicultural, remote‑friendly organization with collaborators across Europe and North America. While sustained profitability has not yet been reached, we operate with transparency: Compensation includes a share of the game’s net profits, distributed pro‑rata based on each team member’s level of investment.

As a collaborator, and as long as we cannot provide full‑time positions, you retain ownership of any asset you produce during your time at Northhack. Northhack receives a license to use those assets for current and future projects.
