Use of the limitation
The limitation was your score serves a purpose. So we decided to incorporate the score into both scoring system and a timing system that counts down. The ideal is player collect the fireflies which replenish the light(increase time),which increase the score that depletes overtime. And when player gets to the exit, rank is given based on how much light(score) they have left.

Nice atmosphere! I like the detail that the size of the light from the lantern model reflects how much light you have left (I think unless im imagining things)

A really nice little game! I liked exploring the dark environment, and it really reminded me of the Backrooms. The atmosphere is simple but effective

We didn't plan it to be a backrooms game in the first place but just like the backrooms the memories slowly creeps in...
