New uploads are locked in itch menu which should prevent participants from adding new files to their submission during the rating period. After the jam is over uploads are unlocked.
But I also see there is one game that was updated yesterday, I'll investigate what does it mean. Before there was another game that displayed "updated" but that game was created 2 month ago and submitted to our jam against the rules. But current one seems to be created during the jam.
