I, as other commenters, did not realize it was a typing game... I also realize now why slowing the car down is considered a power up :P I liked the psx or even pre-psx era graphic, I liked the audio. It was surprisingly complex game once got what to do. You wrote in "Community" section that you want to keep working on this game - I will happily play it once you add more stuff to it, I must say I liked it, although I'm not sure why (I don't usually play this type of games) :)
Really cool game! Loved the voice acting, graphics, and controls. I will admit, I only figured out it was a typing game after reading the comment section, but I should've guessed given the premise and theme of the game. Another thing I noticed is the game registers capital characters as incorrect characters. I had my caps lock on for a bit, not realizing why I was supposedly typing the words incorrectly. Other than that, this was a solid submission, nicely done!
Its a cool concept and the visuals are stunning - very cool style. I for one am not sure where you are going with this: Is it supposed to create awareness for the dangers of texting and driving? I am not 100% sure if you want to create a game or an educational tool.
I am not saying either way was better or worse, I just want to point out that the goal is not completely clear to me
Thank you for your feedback! I do see where the confusion comes from, as around halfway through development I changed the tone of the game from dreary to more comedic. I did not make the game to be a tool for awareness. I was planning on adding some disclaimer or something similar in the game, but forgot. When I update the game I will make it more clear.
This was so funny, was waiting ages to explode that guy he was too loud - really enjoyed the gameplay and concept though - props to the passenger too
it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to realize the phone was a typing thing, but otherwise very funny game!
The "hell yeah" simulator game
Interesting concept. I like how you played into the theme. This game was pretty fun, I found myself challenged typing out the words. I didn't realize it was a typing game at first, but once I got much further.
Really challenging typing game, a lot to keep track of
where's the warning of not replicating actions of the game in real life? absolutely horrific game...
just kidding very fun entry, good job, very good for one person
Really different idea, super cool!
Nice job with the graphics / art style!
this was really cool!!!
