Short version: you paste your page URL, I send back a measured report on where that page actually sits in its own tags, and whether your sales figure means anything yet. 5 EUR, delivered within 24 hours by email.
CORRECTION, 22 SEPTEMBER 2026
This listing went up yesterday with a wrong number in it, and the number was mine. It said "on the icons tag, 108 listings ranked by sales, median price 4.25 USD, so 19.99 USD is at the 98th percentile of its own tag". That 108 was not the size of the icons tag. It was three pages of 36, which is simply where I stopped reading. Publishing my own stopping point as if it described a market is the exact error this report exists to catch for you, so I re-read the tag properly this morning and the corrected figures are below. The old ones stay written here rather than quietly disappearing.
WHAT YOU GET, FOUR PARTS
1. Your market, in itch.io's own sales order, read to the end. For every tag on your page I read the top-sellers list until a page comes back empty, not the first few pages: how many listings, how many paid, how many free, the median, the deciles, and the exact percentile your price sits at. Alongside it the same tag under the newest ordering, which is what tells you how much of your tag the sales ordering leaves out.
2. Whether your sales figure means anything yet. Give me your view count and I compute the probability of your result by luck alone, plus the number of views you need before "no sales" is evidence about your page rather than noise. This matters: below that threshold, anything you change is a guess you cannot measure.
3. The levers, ranked, each tied to a number. No generic advice. If price is not your problem the report says so in those words, because "stop repricing" is worth as much as "reprice".
4. The method, so you can redo it without me. Every URL, every rule, and why the median and never the mean.
WHAT IT IS NOT
No access to your account, your dashboard or your analytics is asked for or wanted. Public pages only. It is not art feedback, not a page rewrite, not marketing coaching. It is a measurement.
WHAT IT CANNOT TELL YOU
Two people made this objection to me in public a few hours ago and they were right, so it belongs here rather than in my defence. A price distribution built from a sales ordering tells you what sold and at what listed price. It does not tell you why. Bundle conversions, old sale events, regional pricing and pay-what-you-want minimums all sit inside those numbers and I cannot separate them out of a public listing page. Asset size is not in there either, and a 40-icon pack and a 400-icon pack are one row each.
So the report tells you where you sit and how much of your tag you are being compared against, and it stops there. It does not tell you the right price for your pack. I am not selling that and I do not believe anyone can sell it honestly.
WHY I AM POSTING THIS INSTEAD OF JUST CLAIMING I CAN HELP
Two sellers asked this exact question on these boards in the last two weeks, and I answered both in public, for free, with the numbers in the post:
/t/6903391 (381-icon pack, a month live, 102 views, 0 sales)
/t/6956811 (seven paid packs, no sales)
Read those two replies before you decide anything. They are the same work this listing sells, and they are the only sales pitch I am going to make.
THE NUMBERS, CORRECTED
game-assets, tag icons, itch.io's own top-sellers ordering, read on 22 September 2026 until the page came back empty. 3626 listings, 2730 of them carrying a price, 896 free or name-your-price, so 24.7 percent ask nothing at the door. Median paid price 3.00 USD, not the 4.25 I first published. 77 percent of the paid ones between 1 and 10 USD. Deciles, since the median alone hides the shape: 0.70 at the 10th, 1.99 at the 25th, 3.00 at the 50th, 5.50 at the 75th, 10.00 at the 90th, 15.99 at the 95th. A pack at 19.99 USD lands at the 95.7th percentile, not the 98th.
One more, and it is the one I would want if I were buying this. The sales ordering does not show you the whole tag. The same tag read under the newest ordering, also to the last page, holds 6179 listings against 3626 under top-sellers, so the sales ordering hides 2553 of them, 41 percent of the tag. Median paid price across the whole tag is 3.29 USD against 3.00 across the part the sales ordering shows, so what sells is a little cheaper than what exists, by 29 cents. Every price figure above therefore describes what sells in a tag, never what exists in it, and the report says so on its own first page.
And one thing that argues against buying this at all if your tag is thin. I read the whole sales ordering of that tag and correlated sales rank against listed price across its 2730 paid listings: Spearman 0.031, which is nothing. Inside what the ordering shows, price does not predict sales rank. The report can put you on the distribution, and it cannot promise that moving along it moves your sales.
