I want to make a game that is a parody and supposed to be more funny rather than scary and I want some characters to just have their balls hanging. No penises, no genitalia except their balls. It doesnt look realistic at all, it's purely a design choice to make them look funny. I am adding a setting that will turn that design choice off anyway, but I want to know if I can keep that at all.
I also want to know if the characters are allowed to swear.
I don't mind parody games submitted here. First, swearing is allowed but please don't add racial slurs. Second, just be mindful that any NSFW submissions must be tagged as containing sensitive content within your project metadata settings. With what you mentioned about having "balls hanging". Even with no genitalia, this is a grey area and it is probably something that you will have to disclose as having sensitive content in your itch.io project's metadata settings.
