I liked the platformer controls and the general item system but there wasnt enough gameplay.

I'm really glad there were some things you enjoyed.
You're right, we didn't manage to get as much done as we had hoped, but we tried to showcase the main mechanics of the game and create a small level to demonstrate them.
Is this build old? I can just grab 3 / 4 items, feed the bird and on the left side there is just a "this area is coming soon" information.

Yes, you're right, the game ended up being very short.
We tried to show as much of the gameplay and overall vibe as possible, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to make it a complete experience.
