How does your game meet GBJam's theme
The game is the tale of an old prospector seeking the gold cache of his father, another old prospector. By digging deeper and deeper into the old mine he gets the gold he needs to upgrade his equipment and find what lies in its deepest tunnels.

Juicy gameplay! Mining felt really good and while I intended to only play a little, I locked in and paid off my loan! Found a bug where if you're on the left side of the mine, the results screen is offset and you can't really read it. I also wish there was a visual timer, I spent the first day trying to keep track of where I entered the mine so I could, in my mind, get back out at the end of the day, probably wouldn't have done that if I knew it was timed from the outset. Great entry!
Cool game with a good gameplay loop. The exploration aspect to dig deeper was cool and it fits the theme really well. It'd be nice to have the timer and gold collected always on screen. Solid submission!
Thanks for playing ! We tried to display the bare minimum at all time to avoir any UI clutter (and to make the time limit more stressful).
