How does your game meet GBJam's theme
You do collect gold from treasures chest. Some old gold burried a long time ago.

Nicely done.
I just don't like that the attack key is also the key for activating the portal. I did skip the shop to often because I was hammering the attack button. :D
yeahhh, i did notice the problem, but i had no time to fix, so it's unfortunate LOL
fun gameplay loop. I liked the zone/map area where the store is. Reminded me of many a GB game.
A very dynamic and addictive game.
