How does your game meet GBJam's theme
Old gold is something precious and valuable, but with age... Maybe it's been forgotten and lft to rot. It reminded me of an old shrine I'd seen while traveling - valuable, but forgotten. So I made this game about a forgotten shrine that keeps pulling you back, and you can try to improve it, clean it up until it shines like new, so everyone can see the value again.

I wasn't sure if I got sent back to the shrine cos I did something wrong but I did manage to finish it eventually, nice concept!
I'm not sure where to go! I bought the sake and the snack and offered it to the shrine, then went back to the library to browse for the local history but still can't proceed ;; lemme know what needs to be done because I want to finish it! :D very neat little game!
Hahah, yeah, some of my sign posting needed more adjustment, sorry about that! The library ended up not being that relevant, but there's two more things you want to interact with on the same screen as the tree. Let me know if you're still stuck!
Cute game, with a fun interpretation of the theme! I got stuck after looking in the library though, I didn't understand what they meant with "look somewhere else"..
Sorry about that! The library was part of planning before I had to cut down the scope. You want to try interacting with things outside the library, if that helps!

Ahaha, thaaaanks! I had a composer that was originally gonna join me in working on this, but he got mono, and my own music attempts were.... Not so great.
