How does your game meet GBJam's theme
It's about mining for "old gold" in the ground and selling it!

Tried the game but the UI getting in the way was weird, and thought I could close it with the buttons, which I believe mouse support is an additional input. And it's not in the correct aspect ratio / size.
I couldn't understand much on what I needed to do so I just mindelessly mined for a while.
I vibe with the music tho, wish this game had more time in the oven, it has potential.
The digging was pretty satisfying, and I liked the character's design. I played it in the web browser, so at first, I wasn't able to get the UI out of the way without using my mouse. I'm not sure if I was just doing it wrong or I just lack skill, but I couldn't get back to the top once I started digging. It would be really cool if you added affects for the bomb but overall cool game and I liked the soundtrack!
The popup window seems to require mouse input to close, which should not be the case in a game jam dedicated to a handheld that notably was not mouse-driven.
The digging was. I couldn't tell if I was gathering resources, just digging through harder rocks, or what was happening. Then suddenly I was back at the top, and the popup window was back, this time with a couple icons that were misaligned due to viewport chicanery (detailed below)
The viewport did not appreciate opening fullscreen on my dual-monitor setup, stretching some of the UI but not others, absolutely pulling it out of the proper aspect ratio. I mean, I didn't appreciate it opening fullscreeen either since it wanted to open across both screens, putting the center right in the cutoff between them.
hey SilverNexus, yeah we were unable to fix the ui in time. Thanks for trying out our game though :) we’ll get a fixed version out after the jam.
I can't seem to get that initial window thing to go away, I do see the screen moving in the background behind it though - tried both the web version and downloaded it.
Yeah... Sorry bout that Zak, we couldn't get the bug fixed before the timer ended. Thank you for being considerate and trying it out! God bless you bro, and we'll try to have a fixed version soon.
