I played the working build and really like it, for a single person submission and considering it's your first jam really good job :)

What a fever dream, this was.

Too bad that you had upload problems. The game is very short but still interesting. Switching from top down to platform in the first 10 seconds was a good idea. Same thing for the way you convey that the player is here to steal the gold without having to say any words.

Good effort all around, would have loved to see what you had in mind after the first level.
