The combat was good, I don't think there was nothing that would have explained what you should do outside the combat tho :(
I didn't really understand what I was supposed to do in the kitchen/shop, so I couldn't get very far in the game.
I thought the combat and platforming felt good! I wasn't sure how to do anything in the shop and the game seemed to end there. What I played was fun though.
