How does your game meet GBJam's theme
Our game is built around the theme “Old Gold” through the idea of ancient, cursed treasure hidden beneath the sea.
You play as a crew of pirates seeking to loot this long-forgotten gold. However, the treasure carries an ancient curse: the more gold you collect, the more cursed your crew becomes. What starts as a search for riches slowly turns into a fight against the consequences of your own greed.

Good tower defence! Loved the artstyle. Great job!
Overall a nice mix of pirates and TD, we have unit vareity, relics to spice up gameplay so nothing not to like on those parts. I do kinda wish bombers didn’t flash me so violently and the money balance seems off, stage 2 you kinda just swim in money without any issues.
Graphics wise my only complaint is the before mentioned flash circles, otherwise the game has nice art and palette.
Music and sfx were great, there was one sfx that spiked my sound levels from time to time, but could not isolate which it was.

Awesome game! The TD gameplay was satisfying and just right difficulty to feel passable, but a couple screws up could end a run. I really appreciated the graphics and animations.
Nice tower defence game. I liked the art a lot, and the relaxing music fit the style really well.
A few UI quirks with the gold count were a bit confusing, but overall this was fun.
Tower defense is one of my favorite genres. You nailed it.
Just a few UI bugs that happens to confuse me a bit... like the gold numbers sometimes are different then what should be... But I enjoyed this one. I didn't manage to beat level 3 though :(
Very simple tower defence game! I first got defeated because I choose a bad item.
But 2nd time had a good run going. I like the art of it very cute and relaxing music fitting for the style.
