A bit confused on this -
"Be a TABLETOP GAME. Video games will be removed from the jam. (This is not to discourage you from making a noir video game, it just won’t be for this jam)."
Are we talking about making a TTRPG in Baldur's Gate style or an actual paper pen tangible setup because how is the game going to be judged if we can't upload it so it's available for everyone to play?

I already have notes for a noir game that I have mostly figured out already, but I haven’t written the rulebook. If I write the entire rulebook during the jam, does that count?
