What’s here feels really polished. The movement has a lot of squash and stretch, the sound effects give everything a nice punch, and the character feels great to control.
Would definitely play more levels if you keep working on it after the jam.

How does your game meet GBJam's theme
Oogbert's a discarded machine, but he still works just fine; he's old gold, kind of, I think. I struggle believing my own explanation to be frank XD

It took me a good few minutes to notice there was only one level. I thought I was doing something wrong ahah
Still, it's a shame you didn't have more time to work on it, but the game is very solid. The stretch and squash graphics along the sfx feel very polished, so much so it feels unreal with such a limited resolution. Hope you can maybe make some levels for it after the jam. I'd love to play them!
Sad that you didn't have enough time to work on it, the character animation is pretty good and the general presentation of the only room is great. Next jam I'll ping you since we have coders and somewhat musicians but no artists :D
Your physics and mechanics already have a lot of potencial! Keep going!
