The game notifies me that a new version is available, but I can only download up to version 0.8. Am I doing something wrong, or has it not yet been made available to those who bought it on Itch?

Hi. Yes, version 0.8.3 is currently in testing and available through the subscription services. I think we'll release it next Friday.
