How does your game meet GBJam's theme
The game is about panning for old (and hopefully gold) trinkets. My team and I tried to put a few spins on it in regards to the items you can find (maybe they're thematically gold).

Fun game, i enjoyed the panning mechanic and managed to find all the trinkets. The art and music are awesome
the environment is extremely cool, the animations of the trees and brush make for a fantasic little area to walk around. Will be docking points for mismatched resolution though as others have said. Music was great as well especially the gold panning track. Gameplay is also a little to simple for me but overall very inspiring art and game feel.
The game mechanic was fun and simple. I didn't run into any bugs. The art style is pretty good although the pixel size is a bit mismatched. The music was awesome. Overall, great game and awesome work you guys!
The game is not in gameboy resolution, unfortunately, and it mixes a healthy amount of pixel sizes. I like the color palette, and the panning mechanic is fun.
