so i was looking through the images of the game on the itch page, and i saw what was presumably us trapped in adi's house, but idk if thats in the demo or what happens directly after the demos ending?  sorry, dumb question, but im curious!!

Yes. A few years ago (presumably late 2025,) I played this game and I did every, single, route possible. All appearances and choices. But no matter what I couldn't find that CG in the game. Probably a sneak peak of future updates.
