I’ve been in the tech world for decades, with over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and even longer in user-focused support roles. My strengths lie in testing, documentation, and helping teams run smoothly—and I'm currently looking for a new remote opportunity.

I've been a gamer for many, many years. My main love is MMORPGs, but I'm definitely open to other genres and platforms.
