Idk if im retarded or the game is i cant even do the pc/signal tasks in the tutorial. I just cant. does it not explain it properly do i not understand it properly? wtf is this? i didnt thought i had to be an actual DR or Prof to understand jack shit? anyway i really do not understand all the hype and praise this game gets when i cant even do the tutorial.

Don't worry, the tutorial really is that bad, you're not alone in it's frustration.

That being said, nothing in this game seems to be properly taught; only a wordy bunched up in game FAQ that doesn't answer every question you could have. That is an opinion given on my very limited and negative playtime. I'd say watch a video or smth to properly to do the tutorial, then give the game one last shot. The game's atmosphere is worth experiencing, even if the gameplay is bad.

The game really does deserve its praise... just not the tutorial. The gameplay is significantly more enjoyable when you're past that.

idk i figured it out within minutes of doing the signal portion. One goes around in the circle and the other is just 0-1000  you just find the sweet spot closest to 100%. i let my kid play it since it's not exactly that scary and she did it faster then i did. XD. I really don't understand the whole issue with the tutorial, I've seen worse, shit some games didn't even want to waste the time to include one.
