How does your game meet GBJam's theme
Stair Master Ultimate takes place in a world where there are legends of gold at the top of a long, winding staircase. No one has ever returned from the stairs to confirm this. Do the stairs ever end? Is there really gold at the top of the stairs? Play Stair Master Ultimate and find out!!!

Definitely nailed the rage element for this game. Definitely not for me personally, but I can see how every decision made was wholly intentional to your product. That being said, even with a rage inducing game, it was very frustrating to have to wait through the loading screens and wait through the dialogue over and over again. I could see how this may have been intentional to progress the rage, but I think it takes the game from fun to rage through to frustrating to play. Maybe introducing a skip button could be of some benefit! Either way, very well made, the game works beautifully and you nailed the vibe.
Every element of this game is designed to cause annoyance in the player. It's glorious.
I really like the players animation. Fun short game :)
My cousin Tom got the high score on this game. It was when he was 17 at an arcade in San Pedro and he played this game for 14 hours straight. His friend Dog had got him some weed ,and he said it had so many crystals on it that when they smoked a jibber in Dog's TBird he started seeing in slow motion. And that's how he was able to get such a high score. Tom died in 2019 after getting sucked into the motor of an industrial scale pool pump at a water park. Which is I believe how he would have wanted to go. RIP big man

Bro but I can't get past stair 7 for some reason. This is hilarious the sfx is so funny and the animation is so funny. I love it
