Cool take on the theme. The  letters were short and to the point, which was fantastic. You also kept the game tight and condensed, so I never lost interest. I could feel the intensity rising from my choices so it felt like there was agency and impact. 

I know what each group wants and the conflict between the asks is clear. 

My only suggestion would be to make it more clear what period this is in and the age of the player character. The writing makes it feel like a modern setting with a young leader, but it wasn't entirely clear.

The balance of resources for a ruler remind me of this video.
