the art, as everyone agrees, looks AMAZING!!! The movement feels very nice and I love the flower path being put down as you walk, as a sort of walkway of the living! The ability to freely walk back and forth along it is also such a nice touch!
The journal was also a very heartwarming feature :D!

Adorable game with amazing (amazing!!!!) art! one note i have, on teh first level with multiple people i found myself just attempting to talk to everyone (i probs didnt read enough on the mums text) and there was no punishment for failing a level so it felt kinda idk.... weird? i like the mechanic of being able to walk on the path you ahve already gone though, thats very cool for a limited step game

Normally, I was not expecting a Dia de los muertos game during the fall jam. But as someone with Coco as their favorite movie, I really did love the character designs and the overall atmosphere of the game.
One tiny possible bug I have came across was that after stepping on the sun plates and causing the puzzle to reset, the gate is permanently gone. I'm unsure whether this was intentional but still wanted to share it.
Also, I've seen this game under my jam's comments so I wanted to give it a try. We hope that you too liked ours as much as I liked yours :)
This was such a gorgeous experience. I loved the puzzles and the petal paths and I adored the art and character designs. So well done, absolutely perfect. <3

Excellent art, great story and fun puzzles.
Amazing art, sounds, story, and everything in between. Only complaint is that there wasn't more levels since I was enjoying it so much!

I really liked the visuals and music. I did run into an issue where the next book entry said "new text" and the mysterious people had tiny text boxes, aside from that i really enjoyed it!

Amazing visuals, would definitely be excellent if it was made into a full game, only wish there was more content and maybe a more challenging puzzle. Not sure how you managed to put out this much artwork in such a short time frame, crazy!
Thank you so much! We’ll definitely try to turn it into a proper little game later on, with more content and replay value (we managed to cram in so much because we didn’t get much sleep over those two days, haha).

Absolutely beautiful puzzle game. Well executed. I did find a very minor bug though, if you go through the book before the last puzzle, there is a blank page with default placeholder text.
Even with that, the game was very enjoyable and so beautiful, great submission!
