Thronestead UI/UX Feedback Request

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on Thronestead, a browser-based medieval strategy/MMO, and I’m at the point where I could really use some outside eyes on the UI/UX.

I’ve spent so much time building and testing it that I already know where everything is, which makes it hard to judge how intuitive it actually feels to a new player.

If anyone has a few minutes to check it out, I’d especially appreciate feedback on things like navigation, readability, information overload, confusing screens, and anything that just feels awkward or harder to use than it should be.

You don’t need to play for hours or write up anything formal. Even a few quick comments like “I couldn’t figure out where to go next” or “this screen has way too much going on” would genuinely help.

Thanks to anyone willing to take a look.

Hey! I love the way you made the game start with a demo from the get go when visiting the website!

I think considering this is all AI art and AI generated UI the biggest thing you'll achieve here is for the anti AI punters to go "yuck!".

In terms of the game I couldn't see any direction and no immediate progression goal. Am I raising an army? Amassing wealth? Oppressing the proletariat? Is the demo already late game? It seems like it is.

Sometimes game development is a hobby just for _you_. You don't need anyone else to play your game if building it is just something you do because you like to.
