We're currently looking for 3–5 volunteers to help develop The Whispers, an upcoming first-person psychological horror game inspired by the legends, folklore, and stories of the Appalachian Mountains.

🎮 We're looking for: • 🎮 UE5 Developers / Programmers • 🌲 Level & Environment Artists • 🏠 3D Prop/Asset Artists • 🎧 Sound Designers • 🧪 QA / Playtesters

About the project: You venture alone into the fictional Gorge Range Mountains. As darkness falls, the forest changes. Voices carry through the trees. Sounds echo where nobody should be.

Hey! I saw your post about The Whispers and that you're looking for people to help with the project.

I'm currently in my fourth year of high school in Italy and I'm really interested in programming and game development. I've already done some basic C++ at school and I'm still learning, so I definitely wouldn't consider myself experienced yet.

I noticed that you're open to people who don't necessarily have professional experience, so I wanted to ask if there could be a place for someone like me in the project.

I'd be completely fine starting with QA, playtesting, reproducing bugs, writing detailed reports or any simple task where I can be useful. I'd also really like to gradually learn more about Unreal Engine and the programming side while helping.

My main goal is to get real experience working on an actual game and learn from people who are already building one.
