Also god bamboozled, was expecting some kind of adventure, instead if have goblin city skylines. The incremental part is not bad, the mines do feel a bit too slow even with many workers, but everything else can trickle in fast-ish enough. Go deeper was a lot to ask, but nothing a little afk session cannot solve.
Graphics wise I kinda wish that the game carried the boiling lines sketch format it opened with, but what we have isnot bad, just minimalist in style. Text does go too fast though
music and sfx were not bad, well done!
Overall a nice little incremental adventure!
I didn't expect this to be an idle game because the intro implied some sort of adventure.
Cute chiptune music, clean looking ui and nice parallax (is that the right word for that?) clouds on the background.I also enjoyed seeing those little goblins running across the screen to pick up fruit and go mining and all that. A downloadable version would have been nice because I can't have it running on the background while I'm writing this review.
One minor nitpick - some scenes in the intro cuts off too quickly, and the main theme doesn't seem to loop properly.
Great stuff! I enjoyed the whole experience. My only criticisms are that the font spacing was a little wonky at times, making it difficult to read, and the menu SFX was too loud, overpowering the music. I was delighted to hear Gobbo Groove at the end!
Yeah lol, I just kinda went with the first font i downloaded.
Fun hand-drawn intro movie lol. I love watching all the tiny goblins running around, and the little animations read really well at that size.
It’s simple, but very addictive. I kept wanting to buy just one more upgrade.
It is addictive. I love it!
We're Rich! Nice to see another incremental game, good use of sprite resolutions for little characters.
I wasn't sure what to expect with the title and cover image but I really enjoyed this! i love simple little incremental/idle games like this. the simple little graphics of the goblins moving around looks really nice. very simple but that's not a bad thing
HUGE fan of the audio and the vibe of the game is lovely :3
Your game really captures the gameboy soul with the gameplay, and the super small animations that still made sense were really good, super well done!
