You are a caretaker named Ve. He had a big tree that he had cared for for centuries, but one day, something sinister and dark came out of it roots. You have the choice to do whatever you want, but what you choose has consequences.(the game isnt finshed only 1 lvl but the story is if u like the start u can read it its in the description)

The art for Ve and the tree itself are really nice and I'm really interested in exploring more of the story so hopefully you are able to continue making the game! As others mentioned, the movement speed is just a little too fast and makes controls difficult so slowing it down a little bit would be nice. I did get a laugh though the first time I fell out of the game lol
yeah i noticed when u siad that and i tried it i didnt really have time so ofc am gonna look in that and am gonna try my best to make more thx!!!! also ur game has lots of contents and lots of choices so cool
The sprites look really nice! Only issue i had was with the air controls, since it follows your normal speed it gets really sensitive, which can make it harder

Cute art! I just wish there were more levels. Also lowering the movement speed would be nice,but otherwise very promising!
yeah i will def take that in mind and make it smoother and yeah i really wanted more lvls but as u see in the story it has complex boss fights and lots of story building too but gonna try my best!
From the screenshots and title screen, I have high hopes for the game! It feels already pretty decent movement wise, maybe a touch on the fast side for a platformer.

Interesting. If you made the textures and the sounds, good job. There is not much of a game(Though it is still a lot more than me), However, if you decide to update it after the game jam, you have an interesting premise to start from. I havent read the story, but as it seems it is a story focused game, it is hard to make. Good job, an goodluck if you decide to update it.
