Give yourself some time to get this all right, but first thing you'll want to do it create a game page. This is done through your profile and not the jam at all. You create the page, fill in the information, screenshots, etc. Then you go to the game jam page and submit the game to the jam. If you game page is not set to visible, you won't be able to submit it to the jam.

An easy way to verify if your game has been submitted is to go to your game page and in the upper right corner it will have a little tag saying "Submitted to: " and the jam name.
