Pegasus (browser FPS, desktop + phone): is the wave difficulty fair and do the weapons feel right?

Hi! Pegasus is a wave-based first-person shooter against robot hordes, playable in the browser on PC or phone: https://panchizanon.itch.io/pegasus

Pegasus

It's an early prototype and these are the things I most need feedback on:

  1. Difficulty curve: on Classic / Normal, at which wave did you die, and did the death feel fair or cheap?
  2. Weapon feel: which of the 7 weapons felt weak, overpowered or unsatisfying to shoot?
  3. Between-wave upgrades: was the Workshop clear, or did you skip it because you didn't get what to buy?
  4. Performance: how did it run on your device (browser + PC or phone model)? Any stutter or loading issues?

A 5–10 minute run is plenty. Happy to play your game and give feedback in return — just leave your link in a reply.

Hi! I tried your game and it was very fun! Here is your feedback:

I was playing on a Macbook with the trackpad in the browser.

1. On Classic it was cheap; I didn't die and my health points only went down to 180 approximately.

2. The pistol, auto-shotgun, and the rifle were the strongest (or: the rifle was the most overpowered). On the other hand, the sniper and crossbow feel meh (not unsatisfying, but the other weapons overshadow them). P.S.: Rocket feels nice, but the rifle was really overpowered.

3. The workshop was clear, although maybe the grenades feel unnecessary when you get the rocket.

4. Performance was good: no lag, no errors, etc.

For me it is a great game; maybe you can add some enemy radar as an upgrade or an anti-personnel mine to make traps in big waves. :-)
