Seabrook Farm — cozy farming sim, pre-alpha, looking for testers

hey, i'm making a cozy farming game called seabrook farm (subject to change). you inherit a farm in a small coastal town, grow crops through four seasons, fish, forage, cook, and get to know 26 residents who all have their own stories going on. there's festivals through the year, romance options, some light combat, and a bigger story underneath about promises you make (or break).

it's pre-alpha. the full story is playable start to finish, but i'm still rewriting dialogue and sanding off rough edges, which is honestly why i'm here. if you give it a try, i'd love to know:

  • did the opening grab you, or did you bounce off somewhere?
  • did any of the characters feel like actual people?
  • did anything break? it's browser-based, no download: https://nattye.itch.io/keeping-store

one heads-up: saves live in your browser, so export your save (menu → save & load) before clearing browser data or it's gone. learned that one the hard way.

thanks for reading

I really liked the cozy farming and cooking concept!! With 26 characters, I think a small introduction to a few of the residents on the game page would help players connect with the town before jumping in. The seasonal festivals sound lovely too. Good luck with development!

Thank you. I appreciate your time in looking at my game.

I will definitely add cut scenes that better showcase the characters. I've been thinking of a darker theme but that is probably just a side quest in combat.

You're awesome!
