I don't know what to do. i have the battery and the blood bag. i can interact with thy copper wire and the high voltage thing in the corridor but they don't do anything.

do you have copper wire item in the inventory? depends on the build, if you're playing the old build, you may need to interact with the wire again to pick it up.

go to the end of the hallway and make a right, in one of the padded room you should find the tool for you to take off the wire

then you can setup with the wire and the blood

i dont know how to defeat the giant who patrol in the prison bloc with a giant sword if possible (i dont see any blod when I hit him with weapons. Is he immortal?
and this sequence its very dicfficult beacause of ligh stock of ammunition
