The idea is really fun, and the result is pretty satisfying ! Although i didn't understood what i did at the first throw i got an highscore i couldn't beat (375 500) GG !

Developer

Thanks! That’s indeed a high score for a first throw! Most people do around 50k their first time playing :D

I REALLY LOVE IT!!
Simple, but really hit my spot!

The physics and camera works here are amazing, very good job on these! Maybe some sci-fi-ish musicwould have been cool tho

Developer (1 edit)

I would have loved some background casino music, but we didn’t want to use some royalty-free track. But we definitely agree! And thank you for the compliment! The entire first day was focused on physics since that would be the main element of this game! And I worked really hard on the camera (even though I hate making them, and it is still not perfect). My favorite effect was scaling the FOV on the die’s speed :)

Very fun !! I really liked it :) Nice visuals, simple and efficient. Managed to get to 499k points hehehe

Developer

Thank you! And nice score! My high score is over a million (don’t remember the exact number)

Nice idea, nice sfx, too bad there is no music. Some trajectories like the rice sliding on the floor look strange but I had fun !

Developer

Thank you! The die physics were created to be fun and allow for interesting things to happen, and not so much to be realistic. I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I somehow managed to die! Hahahah that was funny, I got points for that. Really liked the pinball mechanics idea with a die. I only got to 50k points,  looking at the screenshot it seems like I can get way more. Great job!

Developer

Nice! To be fair, I added this bonus when it was almost impossible to die as a failsafe. But as we added more and more stuff, it got way easier to die lmao. I don’t remember my high score but I know it was over a million points ^^

Very coooool game ! It feels a bit laggy in my toaster xD (mac m1). Adding some upgrade might be a good idea i think :)

Developer(+1)

Yeah I was thinking about that, but we didn’t have enough time. It’s definitely a game I will revisit after the jam is over, since I had so much fun making it, and still have quite a few ideas! Sorry for it being laggy, I could only test it on my PC. The first thing I’ll add after the jam is a menu with some quality options!

Nice little game, i like the physics sound effects, i can see that you did one thing but very well the logic has a lot of potential

Developer

Thanks! We really wanted to polish the sound effects, since we didn’t have any music.
We really focused on the core gameplay of watching physics-based chain reactions, so everything is based around that!
