I am a QA TeamLead in gamedev with some experience in gamejams. I'm able to write some code, ui, plot, and testing, of course. But(t) capabilities of one man is limited. So I hope to find a few people to participate in this (scream) gamejam and build a long-term team. 

It's actually doesn't matter wich engine you are used to, we can discuss it later and adapt if needed.
