Adder's Rally command. What does it do?

I tried but there was no explanation. Just a unique buff icon on the whole team. :/

Absolutely...nothing? LOL

I tested it and it grants REGEN to everyone and boosts his JUMP...I'm assuming Protect and Shell are added because these beasts didn't kill me lol.

I only notice the Regen since I didn't use him at all. lol

I don't bother stat-building his MP well...because it's a one-time use per battle...not really glass canon yet not really useful since Adder just sits in the background wondering when he gets to RALLY his peeps.
