Paran is a fantasy strategy game inspired by Hearts of Iron 4.
In a fictional world, you take control of a nation to seize world domination.
Command your troops to crush your enemies with full force.
Expand your infrastructure to gain bonuses.
Forge alliances, betray your allies, or fight your way to power on your own.

This looks awesome! I love that it has a video game and board game feel to it!

What's been the biggest challenge getting to this point? Was it more on the development side, or keeping everything organized and moving forward?

I think the hardest part for me was turning it from a prototype into what it is now.

Ya there is so much that goes into getting a game off the ground.

I'm curious, when you're dealing with getting all the little tasks done to go from prototype to an actual game, how do you usually keep track of everything that needs to be changed? Do you have a system for it, or are you just trying to remember it all?

I write most things down somewhere, then feed them to the AI and have it create something like a plan for me

Nice! My husband and I actually started making a game, but we stopped because we realized there was no great place to keep our game organized while building it, so we put our game on halt and actually made a project management system for us and other game developers! were about to go into our beta so if you wanted to join let me know!

Day 1:
Today I focused on improving the front so that things look a little less chaotic when fighting on multiple fronts.
I also expanded the Focus Tree, which is now meant to have a greater influence on foreign relations with the other kingdoms.
The game isn’t over immediately if you lose a war—if that happens, you’ll have the chance to return from exile and rebuild your kingdom starting with just a single province.
Another small update is that there’s now a chronicle where the most important events are recorded, so you can continue to follow your history afterward.

That’s pretty much it for today.
What do you think?

Redesigned the UI what do u think?
Before or after?
