My name is Anastasiia. I am a native Russian speaker and a certified translator (Specialist Degree in Translation Studies, English C1 / French B2). I love indie games and want to help developers bring their stories to Russian-speaking players.
I already have some experience in game localization, including UI, in-game texts, and Steam pages. For instance, I single-handedly translated over 5,000 words for Cats and Seek: Zoo (EN>RU). Additionally, I was part of a localization team translating the in-game text and UI for Cats and Seek: Tokyo (EN>RU as well).
I'm currently building up my portfolio so I'm here to make you an offer:
If your game is under 5,000 words (or maybe slightly more, I'm fine with that), I will translate it into Russian for free in exchange for me being credited as a translator so I can add your game to my portfolio. The source language can be either English or French. All genres are welcome, but please note that I don't work on games featuring NSFW content.
To maintain high quality and meet deadlines, I take on a maximum of 2 games at a time. So, if you are interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
