Hi People,
I'm looking for a voice actor to do a few lines on a mood piece/cinematic piece that I am working on. It's only a few lines, but I'd like them to be decent quality. Of course I can use AI...or perhaps do it myself... but as my tinkering has proven, both sound awful!
It's two characters, male, who's voices will be (O.S) and laid over footage. Their accents are both Russian, or from around that part of the world (one character is actually Kazakh). Im talking about quite literally a few lines, which I will provide via a modified version of my screenplay for your reference along with the directions you need for the characters. I'm also thinking about one line for a third female character, an American accent. Just one-line consisting of four words.
I'm not fussed if it's one person doing both (maybe the third) voices, as long as the voices are distinct from one another. Of course no AI.
I'm happy to work together again after this as I'm planning (after the current project ends) to begin work on a point and click adventure, where I will again need to put my head together with other creators who can do things I can’t...like code, animation and vocal/sound work.
No money involved in this project (in fact it actually costs ☹ ), but of course you will be on the credits and who knows, maybe the idea will be turned into a movie! After all, 12 Monkeys was inspired by a short black and white French movie, that had no footage, just stills/photos and voice over narration. Either way, this piece will be something to add to our portfolios.
