I finished the game and really enjoyed it and the ending. Now i'm wondering if there was any way to get into the vip seating areas at some of the pubs?

Go to the Cornelia Basement in the Merged world 3 and you will get a treasure trove hunt for the Moogle Charm at the bottom middle path downwards.
