I played to level three without any problems, but I am bad at games xD
   I really enjoyed this,  the ball could certainly be a little bigger.
  The paddle is weird, sometimes it works the way I expect it to, influencing how the ball will return depending on where I line up the paddle.  Other times I'll get it right on the corner of the paddle and it doesn't even care d:

There was one point where I got the ball stuck in the wall and it just went up and down in a straight line.  That was pretty neat.  All in all, love the idea and design.  I would play this a lot

For anyone wondering - the only going to level two is a bug. I made one tiny change before submission that I guess messed with the level creation system. It goes to level 30, and if you play with a secret setting it goes to 255. Edit: I just played the game and reached level 6, is it possible you lost all lives or ran out of time?

Typical brick breaker but now WITH UPGRADES!! I really love the detail where there is a dialogue on top of the gameplay along with those white scanning loading screens (I forgot what they're called) but it is really the detail that makes it accurately retro. But yeah the level only reaches up to two so I hope there are more expansions to this game

Cool ping-pong game with upgrades, but it ends at level 2—I don't know if it's a bug, but I replayed it three times; still, it's really great.
