How does your game tie into the "Salvage" theme
For me, the point of the game was to save your “assets,” so in the game, we're the owner of a zoo whose animals—the “assets”—have escaped, so we have to go collect them. Sorry if that doesn't make sense; I'm using a translator.

I found interesting the interpretetion you gave to the theme. The game is simple with a clear objective and oposition. I would suggest to explore more on the audio aspect of the game so it makes ir feel more whole. Maybe a little truck sound when accelerating the truck, simple footstep sounds, maybe background music in loop.
Congrats on trying Godot for the first time. I'm curious on if you had more time what would you add or change to the game?
If I'd had more time, the only thing I'd add would be sound and polishing up the work I turned in, because honestly, I made a list of the things I had in mind, but many of them were left out due to my lack of knowledge about how to use Godot
Understandable :)
Really nice concept! The gameplay loop is clear and easy to understand right from the start. I especially liked the idea of using a truck to move around the map faster. It's also great that the animals spawn in different locations each time you play, which adds some replayability!
The graphics are simple but readable, and I think the idea of recovering escaped animals fits the salvage theme in its own way.
A few things I'd consider improving:
Overall, a nice little game with a clear gameplay loop and some good ideas! There's definitely room for improvement, but considering the jam lasted only 3 days, you've done a good job!
Thanks. To be honest, I left a lot of things out because I didn't know how to do them—it was my first time using Godot and programming in GDScript. Originally, the yellow “X” was supposed to be the area where you drop off the animals, but I scrapped that idea because I didn't want any last-minute bugs. Thanks for playing.
