Is the game currently in a playable state?
The only thing I can do is explore a tower. There is not exit, I found mew and got the DNA.
I exited to title, and clicking start game sent me back to home with my previous data. 
I gave the DNA to a Sylveon, and that seems to be all the content in the game.
I cannot enter any other area or interact with the work bench.
