Use of the limitation
The whole game revolves around Staying Warm: your little sun is the last source of heat in a world being swallowed by autumn. You feed it dead leaves to raise its warmth, and every enemy blow drains it. The heat literally draws a warm green zone around the sun. The colder it gets, the smaller your territory shrinks, until the sun goes out and autumn takes it all back.
