If your revival is an old cozy life-sim or top-down town idea, here's a free resource you can drop in today: a 16x16 top-down town tileset with one street, a cafe interior and an animated player character.

It uses the same pixel grid, palette and 1px outline as a companion farm tileset, so the two fit together if your old concept mixed town and farm life. It ships with a Godot 4 TileSet and a small demo project to walk around in, and it's free for personal and commercial games (modify, recolor, resize).
