Guys, let's be real - help with this golden salmon and continuation of the fishing storyline.

What kind of rod, what kind of bait should we use?!

(I've looked through a bunch of answers here, I grinded hard AF, I tried using, shrimp,  clam, meat chunks (people once recommended that - garbage tip), fish chunks (the same thing - nothing works), used carbon fiber rod (no mods, just basic one). I wasted around 50-100 if not more baits on this, literally I was grinding, at least was getting money and nice source of food and juice (if I cooked it)).

Please, help us.

Hello again,(spoiler perhaps again)
so, after a few days, still no golden fish, but i decided that i will keep on using joints, but quicksave before i do any more, and also before each and every one of them. And it seems nothing is broken, i hope so? I finished the quest, and im playing just normally. Im still not through to the ending, so perhaps maybe it will influence it? I will try to find out. As for the tips on the golden fish, i also saw someone saying that fish chunks are needed for the golden, but i tried like... 60? And still i havent seen it.
