You're right, but due lack of time I just did it with placeholders. Right now I'm checking out some stuff (no AI) for integrate both of them.
It kinda needs more visual and sounds so hopefully you continue it. Well done. 👍

Game is tiny and I have to scroll what feels like 100 times to get to the end of the scrollable views, I'm on a typical 1920x1080 Monitor, absolutly should look into apporiate screen sizing and scrolling behavior in future.
These aspects made me unable to enjoy or stick with the game.
Also sound, get some sound in there.
Thanks for your feedback. Right now I have done some tweaks at itch so anybody who wants to play goes to fullscreen. After the time of evaluation is done, will launch a new release specially for mobile. Will test it for desktop resolutions, too.
In the part of sound, will take a look for free assets that can make it enjoyable.
Sounds good, I can recommend:
Great game, needs more polish in the graphics and sound areas.
The map needs more variation, maybe some fixes in the locations of the towers.
The game can have more than this, and hope you will deliver more.
PS. the browser needs to be a bigger screen, played the game and the game is too small, I think you can fix it in the project settings.

Right now I was able to do only coding because I don't have much skills for art and design :( (I'm working on that hehehe). Will check the issue you have with the browser
