Hi everyone,

I am looking for top-down pixel art sprites that match the style of this image:

It's from the "Silk Road Town" tileset: https://comshadow.itch.io/silk-road-town-topdown-pixel-art-tileset

Can someone create Saracen / Ottoman / Persian warrior sprites like these? I am also looking for sprites that include elite warrior Janissaries and citizens wearing a fez, as was common in the Ottoman Empire.

I have nothing against Christian knights in games, but we all know it's always the same loop.

Thanks in advance!

Hey, yes! If you upload the sprites to your creator page, I will buy the asset pack just like everyone else does here on itch. I recently bought this asset pack here: https://comshadow.itch.io/ottoman-istanbul-bazaar-topdown-pixel-art-tileset — those guys are really good at their work and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Um, I would love to assist you with that. I have done some pixel art recently, and I would love to share it with you. Is it possible for you to switch this convo to Discord?

Hey, thank you! I would like to see your pixel art, but I prefer to keep the conversation here on itch.io for now. You can share your work here.

Hi! I'm interested in your historical top-down pixel art sprite project. I can create Ottoman, Persian, or Saracen-inspired characters that fit the Silk Road Town tileset's visual style.

I would love to work with you on this project!

Thread image, looking for 2D top down Ottoman sprites. I found these on the internet and there are a lot more. Look here:

You can maybe take them as ideas for your sprites.

Got it, I’ll check out these references and use them for inspiration. I’ll keep the sprites in a proper top-down 2D style while making sure they fit your game’s look.

I’ve checked the references. I can use the armor, helmets, weapons, and Ottoman-inspired designs as inspiration for the sprites. Do you have a preferred sprite size or a specific 2D top-down style you want me to follow?

Also it would be easier if we communicate on discord. My discord invite: https://discord.gg/a6hnV9VA

Hi, nice artwork. I recently visited your website too. Can you maybe create the 2d top down sprites and upload them to your itch creator page here? I would purchase them from there just like how others do. You can use the first thread image as a template for your sprites.
