A cool idea and stands out from everything else I've played so far. I'm not sure if this is intended but you can drag from anyway that the crowd currently is. If you place some next to the exit and then follow the cops you can fairly easily get 100%

It's been a long time since I've played this kind of game. Refreshing. I thought it was just me bugging without music and sounds.
Fun game! I agree with Speedo, some sound and music would really help this game out. Trying to navigate around the cop car and covering as much as possible was fun. In my best attempt I got to 93%. Congrats on completing your game!
Amazing work even though there are issues (and plenty of the XD), finishing a game and uploading it is great work.
I suggest in future to add some sound and music, maybe add some variety of maps and police pathing.
One thing I am annoyed with the police cutting the path and remove the connection XD

Aww, thanks! Yeah, I think 98% is likely to be the best you can get. More map and varied police movement is the direction I intended.
